A number of servers have been found to have no network connectivity after being powered on.
We are working to resolve this with top priority and will provide an update in 60 minutes, or if there is a significant change in the situation.

The servers have arrived at Equinix ME2 and are in the process of being unloaded, racked and powered on.

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure all of our services are operating and maintained to our standards, Web24 will be migrating your services to the new, state of the art Equinix ME2 Data Centre.
This migration will commence at 22:00 AEDT, and is estimated to take up to 7 hours to complete.
Our teams always endeavour to minimise disruption to our customers. We do anticipate that your service will be offline for up to 5 hours during the maintenance period, however our teams will be working hard to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Additionally, the IP address of your service will remain the same - so you will not be required to make any changes.
