Please see the below schedule for the Web24 Billing and Customer portal upgrade:

Date: Tuesday 30th July 2019
Time:10:00pm to 5:00am AEST

As our Ticket & Control panel platform will be unavailable during the above maintenance window, you can contact Web24 support on 1300 493 224 during the scheduled maintenance window for support related queries. This upgrade will not affect the availability of your Cloud or Hosted Services.

As a result of the upgrade, there are a number of benefits which you will be able to take advantage of.

No more Renewal Orders — only Tax Invoices.
When a service is due for renewal, you will be sent an unpaid Tax Invoice. When payment is received, it will be changed to a paid Tax Invoice.

A new way to pay with BPAY.
You’ll be able to pay new invoices or orders with BPAY.

Stronger account security and faster verification with Support PINs.
Your client account will be issued with a rotating 6 digit security pin, used to verify your account when contacting our support team.

You can update your DNS via the Customer Portal.
DNS changes can now be made in your Web24 Customer Portal but no longer from your Plesk Panel. This will only applicable to the customers using Web24 Name Servers.

Multiple contacts can be added to your account.
Have a billing or developer contact which you’d like to grant limited account access to? This is now possible through the new Customer Portal. Simply add sub-contacts and assign the permissions they need.

Credit card payments are now automatic.
By default, services will now automatically debit the card if one is stored on file. Each account will also allow only one stored credit card.

You can add multiple billing contacts.
When adding or editing sub-contacts you can choose which receive billing and invoice notifications.
